By using this website or working with Vixfluence LLC, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, effective as of June 6, 2025. We offer social media management, content creation, and event content services, with details outlined in custom proposals. A signed agreement and payment (or deposit) are required to begin. Invoices are due as stated; late payments may delay or pause services. Cancellations must be made in writing at least 14 days in advance. Deposits are non-refundable once work begins, and refunds are not issued for completed work. Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, access to brand assets, and any needed logins. All final content belongs to the client upon full payment, though we reserve the right to share completed work in our portfolio unless requested otherwise. While we aim to help grow your brand, we do not guarantee specific social media results. We may use third-party tools in service delivery and are not liable for their performance. Use of this site and services is subject to these terms, which may be updated at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the latest version.
